RATES – Subject to change – UP to 4 persons.
(Added charges if 5 or 6 persons).

High Season:              Dec 1st till March 31st – $ 2,200/week – $ 4,400/month

Green Season:            $ 1,870/week – $ 3,740 month

PEAK SEASON:            December 20th to Jan 2nd – $ 2,387 week – $ 4,300 2/weeks

For repeat clients 5% discount on a week and more

LONG TERM – min 3 months – $ 3000 per month + electricity.
