STEPS lead down to the pool surrounded by a hibicus hedge, a favourite with the hummingbirds.
The pool area can also be reached from outside the house, by a steps leading down from the front door .
THE GARAGE-GUEST HOUSE (currently occupied by long term rental - Laura ) is located on the left of the property.

The services :
Maid comes twice a week to clean, make the beds and do the house-hold laundry.
Gardener comes once a week to tend to the grounds and tropical trees and fruits.
Pool man comes twice a week.

Refrigerator, Gas cooker, electric microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensiles.

Wrought iron decorations have been placed for safety on bedroom windows.
Hair drier, iron, linens, blankets, sheets, towles and beach towels all provided.
